The H Family: Summer 2021

Ten years ago, after I met the mom J in a pilates class I was teaching at the time, she hired me to do a photoshoot with her family at Haverford College. I was brand new to photography, and I will never forget how much J believed in me, encouraged me, and was so genuinely excited about the photographs we made. Since then, I was lucky enough to photograph all three of the kids’ bar/bat mitzvahs and essentially felt like I got to watch them grow from cute little kids into wonderful young adults. When J reached out to do another family shoot this summer, we didn’t realize until after that we were returning to the same spot at the same time of year as our original shoot 10 years earlier. It’s been an honor to get to know this family. Here are some favorites from our 2021 family session. Thank you to the H Family for having me as your photographer over the past decade!
